How can I apply for my loyalty card?

All customers are automatically registered to our loyalty program.

How do I use my loyalty card?

You do not need to do anything! The email linked to your customer account will be saved in our system thus enabling you to automatically collect loyalty points each time you order on Miliboo.

How many points will I earn with each order?

The number of loyalty points you will get will depend on the amount of your orders (delivery fees excluded). You will get 1 point everytime you spend £10. For a £100 order (delivery fees excluded), you will get 10 loyalty points.

When will my points be credited?

Your loyalty points will be credited to your account as soon as your order is shipped.

How can I use my loyalty points?

Points will be automatically saved in your piggy bank. You can use them at any time to obtain a discount on your order. (Invalid with the special ofers, vouchers, sales or special promotions)
1 loyalty point = £0.50
If you have 100 points in your piggy bank, you will get a £50 discount on your next order (the balance of your piggy bank will then be of 0 points)
