RMA (Return Material Authorization)
You must get a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) from our after sales service before you send an item back to us. This number certifies that the return of your item has been authorised by our services and will enable us to identify the parcel. We will have to refuse any parcel that comes back to us without a RMA number.
