A delivery slip is a document you must sign when your order is delivered. This delivery slip usually specifies the number of parcels among other things. You may write on this document all important comments you wish to make on the condition of your parcel. If your parcel or the items in your parcel are damaged, you must write precisely what you see on the delivery slip before you sign it. Terms and conditions designates all the clauses of a seller's selling contract. Anyone who wishes to order on our website must certify they have read and understood our terms and conditions.
The buyer will, in any case, benefit from the consumer protection provided by articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code relative to the legal warranty, subject to proof of the hidden defect.
