Delivery slip

A delivery slip is a document you must sign when your order is delivered. This delivery slip usually specifies the number of parcels among other things. You may write on this document all important comments you wish to make on the condition of your parcel. If your parcel or the items in your parcel are damaged, you must write precisely what you see on the delivery slip before you sign it. To learn more about what to do if your parcel has been damaged, please go to our terms and conditions.

Reservations

It is a comment you must write on the carrier's delivery slip if the items you receive are damaged. You must describe as accurately as possible the damages on the parcel and on the item itself. Please note that “subject to opening” is not acceptable. You must open the package with the delivery person and check the items inside. These reservations are very important as they will enable us to send us new items.
