Transportation

If you order before 1pm, the delivery will take place before 1pm the next day. This service is available for items of less than 30kg only. The carrier does not make any appointment.
If you are not home when the carrier comes, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice in your letter box. You will simply have to go to the post office to get your parcel.
Always check the parcel and the items inside the parcel when you receive it and describe precisely the nature of the problem, if any, on the delivery note. Please note that “subject to opening” is not acceptable. No claims regarding transport damage will be accepted if the customer signed the delivery note without mentioning any damage (please see our terms and conditions).
If there is the slightest problem with your item, please contact our commercial service within 24 hours of delivery at 0203 355 98 09.
All items are delivered on the ground floor. You can contact our sales department if you wish to subscribe for a delivery on upper floors.

Always check the items inside the parcels with care and write anything that may be important regarding the condition of the parcel or the item on the delivery slip. (Please note that comments such as “subject to opening” are not acceptable.) If you fail to do so, our services will not be able to deal with your complaint (please read our terms and conditions).
