Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

You can choose any delivery address you want. However, the delivery costs are applied for the chosen address.


Return Policy

Can I return a product that does not suit me?

You can return a product that does not match your expectations, according to the legislation on internet sales. The product must be returned within 14 days. First, you need to create a customer service file in your account to secure a return number. You must return the product in its original state and in its original packaging, or the product cannot be accepted.


What will happen if I return a product without a return number?

Your parcel will be rejected and you will not be refunded.

Can I pay for a product on delivery?

No! You can only make your payments by transfer, credit/debit card or paypal.


When will my account be debited for my order?
